Application documents
In the ideal case, you should send your application three months before you wish to join us.
- An application letter wherein you briefly introduce yourself and outline your motives for your application to Batten & Company, as well as your objectives.
- A clearly structured CV in table format
- Copies of certificates (A level, general university studies diploma, Degree/MBA, doctorate degree)
- Job references, certificates of internships etc)
Once we have received your complete application documents we will contact you, if approved, in order to make an interview appointment.
Application procedure
The application for trainees and consultants for a permanent appointment basically proceeds in a very similar way:
- You send us your application in written form with significant documents.
- On account of these documents, we assess your basic appropriateness and clear, if necessary, open questions on a bilateral basis.
- You will have two interviews with experienced consultants. In these interviews, the focus is on your professional and personal qualifications.
- After this interview, you will receive a detailed feedback. As to trainees receiving a positive feedback they are presented an offer automatically.
- As for permanent appointments, there will be a decisive interview with a partner. After this interview, the partner will decide whether we present you an offer or not.
