Spotlight 11/2012: Ways out of the condition jungle

For consumer goods condition negotiations are really hard. Almost all manufacturers of branded products fight with pricing- and condition systems that are getting more and more multitudinous. The retail industry exploits the increasing complexity to their benefit. The principle “pay for performance” takes more and more a backseat. At the same time, price increases, being actually necessary, are more difficult to implement.

In our current Spotlight “ways out of the condition jungle”, we show solutions for a more efficient and fair pricing- and condition system where “pay for performance” gets back as the main idea of condition negotiations.
