Christian von Thaden is Managing Partner and CEO and has extensive cross-industry expertise in the areas of marketing and sales organisation as well as brand management and strategy. He always acts according to the motto ‘If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got’. He spends his free time with his family, stand-up paddling on the Ruhr or cheering at BVB games.

Jasmin Cornelsen has been successfully advising clients from a range of industries for several years. As an expert in customer experience, digital marketing and communication, she always combines external market and customer requirements with internal business requirements. She is particularly passionate about sustainability and social engagement. She organises the annual Christmas donation campaign and other social aid projects throughout the year. In her free time, she is also a passionate advisor for the latest culinary insider tips and trendiest bars in the city. She enjoys pursuing this passion on her numerous trips around the world.

Laura Gruber is a specialist in customer-centricity management. She works in the cross-industry consulting areas of CX management, omnichannel and touchpoint management, digital marketing strategy, customer segmentation and CRM design, as well as digital data analytics and business intelligence. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and taking part in carnival. To the chagrin of all her colleagues, she has a particular weakness for karaoke bars.

Thomas Richle Frantzen has been working as a consultant for over ten years and has extensive experience in the retail and telecommunications sectors. He specialises in growth strategies, the development of new business areas and models, pricing strategies and coaching. In addition to developing new concepts, he also ensures their successful implementation. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and taking trips in his classic convertible.

Jacqueline Sattler is head of the Marketing & Sales Organisation Practice and an expert in marketing and sales organisation, change management and collaboration models. When she is not working, she enjoys watching Loriot classics or playing golf. As a native of Munich, she regularly takes advantage of the city’s proximity to the Alps and goes hiking; always with her: her beloved furry friend.

Rebecca Castro has cross-industry experience in marketing, sales and consulting and is a specialist in brand management and strategy. She has been a passionate golfer since she was a child. She finds balance in her everyday life as a consultant in yoga or gives free rein to her creativity in artistic projects. Even the strictest diet has to give way at one of her cake tastings.

Elisa Kasparick is an experienced consultant who supports clients from various sectors and industries in developing sustainable marketing, sales and omnichannel strategies. Her main focus is on practical feasibility. By working closely with her clients, she develops innovative organisational solutions and inspires real mindset change. In her free time, she enjoys jogging, yoga and her hometown of Berlin. She also loves travelling the world – whether Nepal, Myanmar, China, Peru or Colombia – and is no doubt already planning her next trip.

Matthias Saalfrank is an expert in value-generating brand strategies and brand experience management. He has many years of international experience, particularly in the financial services, B2B and pharmaceutical industries, both on the consulting and corporate side. He is particularly interested in the latest technologies related to automation, generative A.I. and growth hacking. In his free time, Matthias likes to don his work gloves – no DIY project is too ambitious for him, even if the result is not necessarily always straight as a die.

Lisa-Marie Seufert is an expert in strategic marketing and advises clients across industries on brand management, marketing strategy and change management. She specialises in international projects and the intercultural challenges that come with them. In her free time, she also loves to immerse herself in different cultures and to travel to a wide variety of countries around the world. However, there is one country that she is particularly fond of: Sweden. Here she enjoys spending balmy summer evenings in a small wooden house by the lake.
